Pic of the Day 2010
I’ve decided that I am going to try taking a picture a day. I know other people who do it and it seems like a fun way to chronicle a year. I don’t think I will post ALL 365 pics to this blog, just shots that are of interest. I will be posting them all to Flickr here.
The first one isn’t all that exciting:
If I had planned a little better, I could have taken a picture from last night’s New Year’s Eve party, but instead, we get the cactus in my back yard. Which is not insignificant. Having grown up in Philadelphia, owning a cactus and being able to take a picture of it on a sunny 50 degree New Year’s Day is quite a change.

I like this idea. I’ve actually thought of doing it myself. I hope you don’t mind if I copy-cat/bogart your idea. Of course, I expect to follow through on it all of about 3 days, and probably not even in a row.
Bogart to your heart’s content. I’ve been successful for 4 days in a row! Only 361 left. They may get more interesting now that I’ve left the house and have a couple of trips coming up.
